The key technology of Hall sensor
Hall sensors have high reliability and can be used in aerospace engineering, moon landing engineering, aircraft, and ships., The Hall current sensor can withstand high temperature and low temperature. Even if there are many large electronic devices around, which generate various electromagnetic waves, the Hall sensor still has high electromagnetic compatibility.
The traditional frequency sensor has a narrow working temperature range (0~70℃), and long-distance transmission is susceptible to interference; working in a wide temperature range, the temperature drift is large, and the measurement accuracy is difficult to guarantee.
External electromagnetic interference acts on the Hall element through the magnetic core, and the magnetic core is designed with a magnetic balance symmetrical structure to allow external interference to cancel each other in the magnetic core. This design is generally used in sensors that measure currents below 200A.
In order to achieve temperature compensation measures and reduce product temperature drift, BLUE JAY products use Hall elements with small offset and high sensitivity, and there are also Hall elements with similar parameters for Dual-Hall design, which can achieve good temperature performance. In order to improve the resistance to external magnetic interference, a shielding shell is made of Perm alloy with high residual magnetic permeability, and the magnetic core is connected to the power ground.
