Feature
- Identifies cable defects before failure;
- Dedicated channel for on-site noise filtering;
- Monitors partial discharge in high voltage cables;
- Suitable for all insulated cable types, No cable interruption.
The HFCT PD sensor consists of a magnetic core, a Rogowski coil, a filter and sampling unit, and an electromagnetic shielding box. The coil is wound on a magnetic core with high magnetic permeability at high frequencies. The design of the filter and sampling unit takes into account the requirements of measurement sensitivity and signal response frequency band.
HFCT sensors (partial discharge HFCT/HFCT partial discharge) are installed on cable joints and ground wires to couple partial discharge pulse current signals at the cable body and joints. The coupled pulse current signals are transmitted to the front-end monitoring collector via coaxial cables, and the analog signals are amplified, filtered, and converted into digital signals before being transmitted to the test host via optical fiber.
