The MCM283D multi-channel energy meter is a high-performance measurement solution designed for residential billing and industrial applications. The MCM283D is equipped with an RS485 communication interface and provides an optional Ethernet port for efficient data transmission and remote monitoring. 8 or 24 loops Metering for Utility Submetering
The MCM283D electric utility meter is design for multi circuit current input measurement: 8 loops and 24 loops for branch circuits. Each circuit is equipped with the function of THD measurement and able to proceed TOU for electricity cost sharing of rental utility.

Multi-Tariff Time of Use
TOU can be used according to different regional billing requirements. Blue Jay MCM283D can support up to 4 tariffs (sharp, peak, valley, normal), 12 schedules, 12 segments, weekends and 10-year holiday settings.

Data Logging
The MCM283D can stroe the real-time energy and I/O data in the memory via RS485 serial or Ethernet Connections. The data logging function is improtant for historical trending and analysis.
