PR 240 Intelligent Motor Management Relay

PR 240 intelligent motor management relay is suitable for protecting, monitoring, metering, and controlling motors in industrial areas such as the chemical industry, mining industry, paper industry, water industry, etc.

This low-voltage intelligent motor protection relay is compact in size and cost-effectiveness. RS485 communication interface uses Modbus-RTU protocol to communicate with the backend network. The profibus-DP communication method is also optional.

  • This intelligent motor protection relay is suitable for the comprehensive protection of motors with voltage levels of 0.66KV and below, accommodating various current specifications.
  • It provides comprehensive motor protection by monitoring the current, voltage, and other parameters of the motor’s three-phase circuit.
  • Equipped with a wide-temperature LCD and bright indicator lights, it displays the operating status and data effectively.
  • The intelligent motor management relay offers programmable settings, allowing easy on-site adjustment of parameters such as setting current and protection settings.
  • It includes an optional 1-channel DC 4-20mA analog transmission output to interface with industrial computers.
  • With 7 channels of switch input collection and 4 channels of relay output, it supports various start control methods.
  • The power supply voltage ranges from AC/DC 85V-265V, making it universally compatible with both AC and DC power sources.
  • The motor protector is designed for easy installation and disassembly using the 35mm standard guide rail installation method.
