Through the following three core advantages, it brings an unprecedented integrated experience to high-voltage multi-loop systems: Truly independent “one machine, two uses,” eliminating signal crosstalk: The IMD incorporates two completely electrically isolated independent measurement circuits. A single instrument can simultaneously and separately monitor two completely unconnected IT systems (e.g., channel A monitors the DC battery side of the energy storage, and channel B monitors the AC side of the downstream inverter). This fundamentally solves the unavoidable crosstalk problem when two devices coexist.
High voltage and large capacitance self-adaptation, fearless of complex operating conditions: Perfectly matching the high-voltage trend of modern energy storage and charging piles moving towards DC 1000V. The dual-channel IMD has a system leakage capacitance self-adaptation capability of up to 1000V. Even in complex environments filled with high-frequency harmonics and large capacitance, it can still maintain ultra-high accuracy in insulation resistance measurement, ensuring no missed or false alarms. Volume and hardware costs are reduced by 50%.

Wheatstone Bridge Measurement technology employs the classic
Wheatstone bridge topology and synchronously measures the insulation resistance of the positive and negative poles to ground through the precise balancing principle of the bridge arms. It eliminates the need to inject external signals into the system, fundamentally eliminating interference from signal injection on operating equipment and ensuring high-precision and high-stability real-time monitoring of insulation status in complex electromagnetic environments.
Dual-Level Independent Outputs
Each channel has independent “Alarm” and “Trip” relay contact configurations, supporting manual/automatic reset, perfectly matching the complex control and safety interlocking logic in the field.
Digital Industrial Interconnection and Data Logging (Modbus RTU & Data Logging)
Supports Modbus-RTU over RS485 digital communication, seamlessly integrating with field SCADA, EMS (Energy Management System), or PLC control platforms; built-in non-volatile memory ensures historical insulation resistance values and alarm event records are not lost during power failures or outages.
